A Catalyst For Change In The City
David’s leadership journey began in Salford, where he grew up. For many years David prayed, and lead others in prayer for Salford, spreading hope and envisioning them with hope for the future of their city.

That hope positively impacted the church in Salford, which was dysfunctional and unsupportive, bringing it together in unity and purpose. David helped the church to rediscover strength and become a strategic partner in many spheres of public life.
As the city grew and changed many different churches, faith-based organisations and businesses worked with David as a consultant. He provided help and insight by developing vision, mentoring leaders and helping teams move towards growth.
Salford’s transformation led those outside the city to David, and he started working nationally as a leadership, prayer and unity mentor.
Even now, as he works internationally, he remains committed to the place and the principles that started his journey. David’s heart is to draw people together in prayer for place and to envision people to reach their full potential, both individually and collectively.
